Our ambitious senior 1st XI competes at the top level in the County while we also put out 3 other competitive Saturday sides and 2 Sunday teams. The junior section of the Club is thriving and balances the objective of providing cricket for all and developing individual players to reach their full potential.

With a charming ground in Balls Park on the outskirts of the town centre, Hertford Cricket Club continues to engage the local community through a fantastic social calendar, family-friendly atmosphere, supreme facilities and competitive, high level cricket.

Hertford Cricket Club supports the cost of its day-to-day operation and normal running expenses via membership fees and intra-club fundraising activities. We do, however, rely heavily on sponsorship to support our wider cricket development activities and occasionally to support significant facilities and ground maintenance issues (such as replacing our sight screens).

The costs of running a community sports club is escalating year-on-year and is difficult to sustain while keeping membership fees at an affordable level. Sponsorship is a key element of our overall financial planning so we are therefore reaching out to new and existing sponsors to come forward to support Hertford CC in 2021 and beyond...
